Evaluación de probióticos sobre los índices productivos y la morfometría de las vellosidades intestinales en pollos de engorde


Abstract:

The investigation evaluated 240 broilers (308 males one day old), the eject of microbial home cultivation and three commercial probiotics (DP, EMDF y LP) over productive indexes and morphometry of the intestinal villi the probiotics were added in the mixed food, until 42 production days, a random designing method was used (DCA), with four treatments and six repetitions, it was applied and variety analyses, proof Tukey (5%) and orthogonal comparisons. The best results at the final weight (2271,83 g) was B treatment, mass increasing (2225,65 g) getting a statistic difference between treatments for these variables at the feeding conversion variable 2,32 among media of treatments; the validation of the of the European efficiency index that determined 357,54/300 there was that got the best index, through the economic analyses treatment “A” has gotten high utility of 37,9 American dollars. The treatment which presented the best morphology indexes of the intestinal villi of the duodenum, length of 1946.83 μm with a value of the villi 176,38 μm of high of the villi and depth of the Lieberhkuhn cavity 251,34 μm was treatment “B” where is determined having a big villi intestinal area reduces the mortality of the broilers, establishing regeneration, maturation and differentiation of the cells front to the necessity of protection again pathogen bacteria in to the gastro intestinal tract. It is recommended using the probiotic A (CMC at 0.2%) on feeding diets to increase productive indexes and morphometry of intestinal villi of duodenum on broilers as alternative to decrease or to eliminate the use of antibiotics as growth developing.
