Evaluación de producción de mini tubérculos de papa (Solanum Tuberosum) en tres niveles de corte, variedad súper chola, bajo el sistema semi hidropónico en el campus Ceasa Sector Salache bajo, provincia de Cotopaxi, 2019.
Abstract:
The research was conducted at the School of Ciencias Agropecuaria y Recursos Naturales under greenhouse conditions, with the objective of evaluating the production of mini potato tubers (solanum tuberosum), superchola variety, under the semi system hydroponic with the use of three levels of cuttings (apical, medium and basal) obtained from potato mother plants and two types of substrates: S1 (70% black earth + 30% rice husk), and S2 (pomina (thin crust) 100%) A completely randomized A * B factorial arrangement design was applied, with 6 treatments and three repetitions. The indicators to be evaluated were: AP (plant height) and DT (stem diameter) on the transplant day, at 20, 40, 60 and 80 days, as well as MV (green mass), MS (dry mass), VR (root volume), NMT (number of mini tubers), PT (weight of tubers), R (yield), NTC (number of tubers per category) and RC (performance per category). The following results were obtained: for AP at 80 days the S1 obtained statistical significance with an average of 44.70 cm, for DT no statistical significance was obtained, Em obtained statistical significance with an average of 222.83 g for MV and for MS 26, 86 g produced better results, in VR the EaS2 treatment with a high average of 91.47 cc, for R the EaS1 treatment obtained better results with an average of 0.5 kg, in NMT the S1 obtained statistical significance with an average of 67 tubers, in PT the S1 rice obtained an average of 200.72 g, in RC for the zero category only the substrate factor presented results, the best average being 0.12 Kg for S1, in category one the EaS1 treatment was the best with a average of 0.24 Kg and only for category two the best result was for the substrates factor where S1 obtained an average of 0.10 Kg, therefore it is recommended to use EaS1 (apical cutting with black soil + rice husk for the production of mini tubers.
