Evaluación de riesgos laborales en la Empresa Las Palmeras Cía. Ltda. de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

In this degree research, a study was carried out to identify the occupational hazards of the company “Las Palmeras Cia Ltd.”, with the purpose of reducing the risks and dangers that could affect the workers physically and mentally, the study of this work was descriptive with a mixed methodology, techniques such as participant observation, self-evaluation of the SUT and the INSST risk assessment method were used, the following result was determined 28.57% low risks, 42.86% medium risks, 25% high risks and 3.57% critical risks, 3.57% critical risks and 3.86% low risks, 42.86% medium risks, 25% high risks and 3.57% critical risks, the most critical position was the security guard, and there was evidence of a deficiency in the safety management system, for which an action plan was presented for the company to control the problems detected in this study and thus contribute to a healthy environment for employees.
