Evaluación de tres híbridos de pepino (cucumis sativus L.) con dos poblaciones de siembra bajo el sistema de hidroponía

Abstract:

The experiment was carried out, in the well-known place as, wáter Runs which is located in the canton Rocafuerte, county of Manabí, to 0º,55" and 6" of south latitude and 80º 26" 10", the same one that presented as general objective, generating alternative technological for the production of vegetables for means hidropónicos and for they were used it three cucumber cultivares (Cetriolo Hiyeld Hybrid F1 (Samurai), Cetriolo Marcermole and Ashley), with the siembra distances (0,50 0,25 m) and (0,50 x 0,50 m) and for it was used it totally at random the Design Blocks with factorial arrangement (3x2), with three repetitions, registering a total of 18 experimental units. Where the results showed that in the variable plant height the cucumber cultivares Cetriolo Hiyeld Hybrid F1 (Samurai) (V1) it reported the biggest value with 160,23 cm. while the siembra densities the adult obtained it the smallest distance. As long as the number of fruits for plant cultivating Ashley showed a bigger bias with the biggest production with 14,83 fruits for plant (34.328 frutos/ha). while in the densities distance 0,50 0,25 m produced the biggest value with 15,88 fruits for plant (36.759 frutos/ha). While in the fruit longitude the hybrid Cetriolo Hiyeld Hybrid F1 (Samurai) it reported the biggest size with 18,61 cm and the smallest value corresponded Ashley with 15,99 cm. on the other hand Ashley showed the biggest width with 5,35 cm and it confirmed it when obtaining a bigger fruit weight with 269,85 grams and the densities distancing 0,50 x 0,50 m he/she obtained the biggest weight with 273,17 grams and in the yield in kg for plant and hectare cultivating of cucumber Ashley showed the best production with 3,91 kg for equivalent plant to 9.070,21 kg for hectare.
