Analysis of power losses in Z-SiC current source inverter, using technique of modulation PWM and high frequency


Abstract:

This paper describes a study and analysis of power loss in Z current source power inverter with elements of Silicon Carbide (SiC), using a PWM technique of modulation at high frequencies of switching (100 KHz). This proposal allows to analyze the behavior of such topologies, the loss of power that are generated using a PWM technique to high frequency and improve the performance and size of these systems and implement future as emerging topologies for power converter in electric cars.
