Analysis of strategic planning for the management of private universities. A successful alternative
Abstract:
Strategic Management is a process of academicadministrative management. The aim is to propose a management alternative in the strategic planning of private universities based on the hybridization between the Balance Score Card (BSC) and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) models. For which a position was adopted from the quantitative and qualitative mixed paradigm, applying the empirical method based on experience and participatory observation. It is concluded that the integration of both approaches allows to identify common elements.
