Evaluación del desempeño profesional docente en la gestión pedagógica de una Unidad Educativa de la provincia del Azuay cantón Cuenca durante el periodo lectivo 2017 – 2018.
Abstract:
The present work is about: The evaluation of the professional teaching performance in the pedagogical management of an Educational Unit “Santa Rosa” during the academic period 2017 - 2018; a study carried out in the province of Azuay, located in the rural zone managed by the Goberment Minestery of Education. The objective of the research was to establish professional teacher performance in pedagogical management to guide authentic and meaningful learning through the application of evaluation instruments, with a descriptive, analytical - synthetic study. In this investigation participate the following characteres students, teachers and school authorities, this allowed to determinate the professional teacher work of the institution. Also in parallel way, the theoretical foundation related to pedagogical management was carried out, in order to obtain a broader view on the overarching subject using for this the direct observation, the interview and reading of it. Finally, I proced to analize the results of the survey, arriving at the conclusion that in the EU "Santa Rosa", the professional teaching performance in pedagogical management is level 3; that is to say, satisfactory of the subject studied.
