Analysis of the administrative and commercial training needs of the enterprises in the city of Quito, application case at the Israel Technological University

Abstract:

Higher education institutions in Ecuador are entities called to contribute to the local development of communities in their area of influence. For this purpose, they articulate policies and measures necessary to develop activities through projects and programs such as training for entrepreneurs, which contribute to the generation of local development in the beneficiary communities, before which it is necessary that they previously know the training needs that these entrepreneurs demand.
