Evaluación del teletrabajo como modalidad de contratación para trabajadores del área de pasajes


Abstract:

The present investigation with a non-experimental design that will be implemented in a transversal way. Its objective is to define whether teleworking can be used as a permanent applicable modality in the passenger area. The collection of information will be made to 24 people who make up the team of the transportation agency's ticket area, to which the survey and interview instruments will be applied, to collect data that will serve to achieve the objectives. As a result, it is described that there has been an acceptance by the staff, who have been adapting to this modality, to continue providing services, but there have been some disadvantages during teleworking, as is the case that in homes They did not maintain an area where they can exercise, sometimes the internet interrupted working hours due to signal interruption or lack of cancellation of services. Based on the opinions of business leaders, they point out that adaptation to this modality is important, since it is a favorable point for the innovation of this agency.
