Analysis of the organizational culture among the upper, middle and lower management of an institution of higher education. Case study: Guayaquil's University - Faculty of Economics
Abstract:
It is proposed to analyze how the organizational culture influences the performance of corporate governments versus middle and lower management. The unit of analysis has been the Faculty of Economics of the Guayaquil's University. Through a survey of 144 officials based on the Denison model, four cultural dimensions were analyzed. The analysis was at the descriptive level, to determine the interculturality, allowing to describe with more precision the reality of the organizational culture and other factors that influence it.
