Analysis of the problems faced by Agricultural SMEs to participate in the local economic development

Abstract:

Agricultural SMEs is the set of small and medium enterprises that create jobs and allow supplying the demand for agricultural products on the market. They are made up of natural resources and capital that has external and internal factors affecting production, face the increasing globalization of markets with poor administrative organization, are not managed as enterprises but as assets family, are not competitive, and also present lack of innovation and technology that makes it difficult to stay in the market. This research therefore seeks to establish strategies to manage the insertion of agricultural SMEs on local economic development organizations to allows them to grow and stay as a highly competitive market.
