Evaluación y propuesta de mejora en la gestión administrativa para elevar los niveles de satisfacción del Instituto Tecnológico Superior “San Gabriel” categoría C de la ciudad de Riobamba en el año 2014


Abstract:

This paper is an analysis dimension satisfaction index by Students, Teachers, Administrators, Managers, in itself reflects a high rate of dissatisfaction on the part of the actors, but contrasting that information obtained in the investigation, it was determined the institution in comparison to the reference frame in this case was the assessment of the technical institutes, technological, educational, arts and Conservatories, by the CONEA in 2008, through the Mandate 14, was able to obtain very significant and positive for the institution data since the results are converted into a new frame of reference and this coupled with the new assessment model developed by the CEAACES today, do denote that these results will contribute and help greatly to achieving quality and excellence in government approach, which in the previous assessment more than 80% of high schools earned scores between categories B and C. The methodology used in this research focused exclusively on obtaining accurate data of the actors of the institution and for its size it was decided to use 100% of the population, with the sole objective to appraise and determine what went wrong more appellant by which the institution obtained the category C, to finish this investigation it was observed that always lacks communication and socialization of all that takes place within the San Gabriel Superior Technological Institute.
