Analysis of ventures created in time of the covid-19 pandemic in the Canton Ibarra

Abstract:

The main objective of this research work is to analyze the entrepreneurial activity in times of the COVID-19 pandemic in the canton of Ibarra in order to identify the key factors that influence the development of the enterprise, the survey technique was applied to 96 inhabitants: students, entrepreneurs, private employees, public employees, self-employed workers, micro-entrepreneurs, retirees; After data collection, the variables were tabulated and analyzed; The method used was the synthetic analytical, inductive deductive for the development of the concepts, decomposing them into their parts that allowed identifying the deficient knowledge of how to elaborate a business plan that allows to get out of the crisis and achieve an economic reactivation, there are also other inconveniences that do not allow the business to obtain profitability such as the danger of contagion from COVID-19, competition, crime, high taxes are threats that are difficult to control, but if a good business plan is carried out, it will allow to know the possible scenarios and the viability of the enterprise working and improving its economic income; make financial and operational sense before its start-up, it becomes a guide to start an enterprise.
