Evaluation of the effects of the training of the pelvic soil in the urinary incontinence

Abstract:

Pregnant mothers suffer from several changes during this process and many of them can cause conditions at postural level, alterations in breathing and at the genitourinary level, among others. The research is carried out in two groups: an experimental group who un-derwent an initial evaluation and a training during their gestation, in order to know what effect it generates on the pelvic floor. And the control group to whom we performed a valuation, and survey, but who were not trained for childbirth. The objective of this study was to determine the efficacy of pelvic floor training in the gestation process. Where it was achieved, improve the pelvic floor musculature avoiding alterations such as urinary incontinence.
