Evaluation of the quality in use of a web/mobile attendance control system to classes of teachers and students applying the ISO/IEC standard 25000 SQuaRe

Abstract:

This article is the result of the analysis and measurement of the quality metrics in use, of the ISO/IEC 25000 Square standard, applied to a controlled system of attendance to classes of teachers and students. The specification of each metric is detailed, ISO/IEC 25022 is obtained. The data for the measurements are obtained in an actual context of use or an experiment. The resulting values of the measurement ranges that specify the levels of score and degrees of satisfaction of the software. The characteristics of quality in use. The results of the task, efficiency and satisfaction, metrics measures of task performance, frequency of error, task time, task efficiency, economic productivity, the level of satisfaction, the use, discretionary of the functions and the percentage of complaints of the users, detecting a quality in the use of 83.8% and a deficiency of 16.2%.
