Evolution of mipymes according to the life cycle

Abstract:

In this work, a descriptive analysis is made of the evolution of MiPymes according to their life cycle in their different stages of development. It should be added that today these microenterprises will be the economic sustenance of developing countries; this is how 90% worldwide of these types of enterprises contribute to the GDP of each country and generate a large volume of employment. It is important to emphasize that the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play a very important role in the national economy, due to their influence in the generation of employment and economic growth, which will depend a lot on their life cycle and the strategies adopted at the market level and the satisfaction of the clients’ needs, which leads to increase the competitiveness and with it the local and national development. On the other hand, it should be considered that globalization and rapid changes in technology, impose enormous challenges to companies to grow and successfully face new challenges and ensure their permanence in the markets, improving their effectiveness, competitiveness and maintain consistent strategies to grow and maintain in the future.
