Examen de Auditoría Integral al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de cantón Pedernales (Ejecución de la Obra Emergente del Terminal Terrestre)

Abstract:

For this research work, a comprehensive audit the process of construction of the ground terminal of the Canton Municipal GAD Pedernales, for which the respective work order was issued was performed, and associated working papers where there have been developed evidence found to give sustenance to the findings that are apparent in the respective schedules of detection and evaluation of findings together with sheets concerning the event, to proceed with drafting the final report by which comments are described, conclusions and recommendations be considered by the directors of the entity for decision making and corrective actions to improve quality in the development of the activities of the audited process within the recorded findings have no reconciliation of the amount of information financial, there is no verification of supporting documents for the use of the allocated resources, no specific procedures for recruitment are met, more resources already allocated for this work are used, there is no control over the timeliness described by the respective contract, and a method of control over the technical specifications for the construction of bus terminal does not apply.
