Experiencia Reflexiva de los Estudiantes de la Ups para Mejorar un Programa de Intervención Social en Temas de Espíritu Emprendedor
Abstract:
This work aims to improve the implementation of a social intervention program by the Salesian Polytechnic University through the participation of its students in the development of Entrepreneurship seminars, aimed at a community of young people attending trade workshops at the" Casa Don Bosco" Foundation. The qualitative methodology will be applied, with participatory action-research, directed by the author to guide the students who participated in the development of entrepreneurship seminars in 2016. First, a survey will be sent over the Internet in two categories: first, experience in the classroom and second, personal interaction where students express how they relate to the beneficiaries. The first category will allow meetings where improvements in the development of the seminars will be suggested to be applied in new projects. The second will make it possible to highlight the Salesian mission as part of the process. Some weaknesses were identified in the development of the seminars and the corresponding suggestions for improvement and application in the project. In the same way, a high level of interaction between the UPS students and the beneficiaries of the project within the framework of the Salesian spirit was evident.
