Abstract:

The stock market in Ecuador has not had the necessary investment strength from the business sector. At present, its procedures, benefits, and economic solutions that they can provide are unknown. Various problems arise because of a lack of well-established financial education, this generates distrust, rejection, and the option of being able to generate new forms of investment. The objectives of this work were: to broaden the knowledge about mercantile trusts, point out the advantages or disadvantages that may arise, and make a scheme that provides a simple explanation of the operation of the mercantile trust. The methods used were documentary review, a checklist and outlining, the results expressed that the lack of knowledge on this issue caused distrust, fear, and the loss of new investment options, it could be concluded that in the absence of adequate knowledge Stock market can be invested in less favorable options for people and that by presenting a simpler scheme of procedures people had a new option to invest.
