Expert system for the control of physiological signals of aircraft pilots: A systematic mapping study


Abstract:

Artificial intelligence through of expert systems allow taking decisions in different domains of the science such as physics, medicine, agriculture, electronic, informatic and others. The expert systems are based in the knowledge acquisition of an human specialists. In the area of the aviation these systems allow to develop control systems that facilitate their operability. This research shows a systematic mapping on expert systems used for the analysis and control of physiological signals of the aircraft pilot for know their state health (vital signs) and so prevent possible accident in simulations and missions of flight. The results obtained, shows that exist much works on the control of failures of aircraft or control air traffic or the develop of devices mechanics or electronics as support of pilot, with an 85% of the paper found. Therefore, only the 15% of papers are approaches at the object of study, this result indicate the lack of studies in this area, being one open area of research.
