FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BUSINESS TRAINING


Abstract:

The article identifies the factors that influence business training from an ethnographic study with some employees to know the importance they give to the education of the company. To this end, an in-depth interview is conducted with teachers trained in higher education to define the contribution elements that should be taken into account in this training. With everything treated, a proposal is made to measure the level of business training.
