Factibilidad de la adquisición de una empresa camaronera para complementar las exportaciones de Proexpo S.A.

Abstract:

The proposal is in the creation of an annexed company that works economically independent that is to say that its financial process is managed directly by the shrimp company but with the obligation to satisfy the exportable production of PROEXPO, but legally constituted in a dependent way ie Annex of the PROEXPO processor and exporter. The production processes of the shrimp company have been stratified with the separation of the pools in different localities as they are in the localities of the Puná Island, Chupadores Islands and Chongón, to prevent some type of expansion of the diseases since if in case If it does not contaminate the production of the other swimming pools, managing a strict quality control and specifications regulated by the quality certifications for the obtaining of a product guaranteeing the safety of the shrimp in each of its cultivation processes, until the arrival of the product To the company.
