Factibilidad de mantener la autorregulación dentro de las Bolsas de Valores del Ecuador

Abstract:

Desmutualization suffered by the stock exchanges of the Equator and this is the legal transformation of a non-profit civil corporation to a commercial society, there has been a decrease in the conflicts of interest that existed before Ley de Fortalecimiento y Optimización del Sector Societario y Bursatil, was published in May 2014, but conflicts of interest has not been completely eradicated in view of the fact that the self-regulation of the stock market continues to exist, therefore the importance of the present essay in which I will show based on the law and also in the experiences of other countries that have already done so, a new reform of law that must be created external to the stock exchanges of Ecuador, and it is who must exercise the power to create regulations, ensure that it is complied with and that Objectively sanction those who fail to comply with these regulations.
