Factibilidad de producción y comercialización de carne de cerdo mediante una empresa comunitaria en el cantón el chaco.


Abstract:

Ecuador, in its National Plan for Well Living (Plan Nacional para el Buen Vivir) promotes a modification on its productive model, replacing this primary export model with a pattern that encourages the development of an industrial production, having the financial area of the nation as one of the most important basis of change, which is the responsible for the success achievement of the private, public and popular solidarity economy. On the other hand, projects established in Ecuador, which cause severe environmental impact, promote social relief plans as the Coca Codo Sinclair Hydroelectric Plant. This social relief plans are an attractive option for entrepreneurship projects because they consider this relief as funding to start a new business. Starting from this information and having and evident dissatisfied pork meat demand, came up the idea of undertaking a project about processing and commercializing pork meat products and not industrialized pork edible sub products. Therefore, to contribute with the National Plan for Well Living, this idea was lead under the issues of a popular solidarity economy and transformed into a community enterprise located in the area of El Chaco at the Napo province...
