Factibilidad de un plan de negocio coworking en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract:

The present titration work is proposed with the objective of demonstrating the feasibility of a coworking business plan in the city of Guayaquil, focusing on offering services for independent professionals in the beginning with accountants and lawyers, it is intended to provide spaces equipped with chords for the development of its activities, in this way it is possible to promote the interpersonal relationships of businesses that allow to create bonds, expand their knowledge, improve productivity and reduce rental costs. For this research, a field study was carried out in the affiliated colleges where the acceptance of the project is reflected, in addition to a financial analysis that guarantees the profitability of the business plan.
