Abstract:

The feasibility of creating a kind of enterprise. It is to analyze multiple factors of importance, the same ones that are considered to be like relevant at the moment of forming the idea to the reality, this study was generated under a general objective, the same which conforms in: A study of feasibility realizes for a specialized food center for people who have problems of Diabetes Mellitus type II through technical, operative and financial analysis to determine the viability of the project and to improve the quality of people´s life and of all those who want to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The proposed research was realized under descriptive-quantitative and reversal research. As an important resource, secondary bases are generated through reports, websites and scientific articles, these derived from newspaper archives, printed and electronic documents of the Ministry of public health of Ecuador, Supercias, SRI. Besides you interview immersed persons in similar business and likewise surveys realized to people who develop their activities in the sector where they start the project activities. It was concluded that the legal parameters were defined to determine if the business might or not to be constituted and to request the permissions due managed for to develop of the activities, in this way, when verifying the processes to follow and to define them in the financial analysis, It was unable to verify which was staff or human talent under the characteristics or profile needed. Also, to the infrastructure necessary to determine the viability of the project.the characteristics or profile required and thus determine the feasibility of the project.
