Factores de riesgo asociados a embarazos en adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud de Pumapungo, Cuenca 2011

Abstract:

Objective: The present investigation tries to determine the factors that pbkp_redispose in center to the occurrence of pregnancies in adolescents of health of Pumapungo pertaining to the Province of Azuay 2011. Material and Methods: It is a descriptive study of cross section. One worked with a sample of 70 adolescents embarrassed with ages between 14 and 19 years of the center of health of Pumapungo. In order to collect the information a form of interview constituted by 8 items was used previous consent of its parents or pair. For the tabulation of data the program of Excel was applied and SPSS the results are presented/displayed in simple and graphical tables: I sweep simple with absolute and relative frequencies (percentage) that allow to visualize of better way the problems presented/displayed by the training group. Results: The investigation allowed us to identify 70 embarrassed adolescents, who are a group of high risk, as much by the psychological and social consequences that present/display as well as by the future which they must face; 34% of the mothers have ages between 17 and 19 years; 54% are of normal weight; low weight a 26%; the 100% have normal stature; 80% are primigestas, 7% presents/displays abortion; 9% arterial hypertension; 83% IVU; familiar antecedents diabetes 31% and finally 51% arterial hypertension. Conclusion: The pregnant adolescent is exhibited to factors of risk that affect their health directly and to the one of the fetus; a reality that do not escape to the poverty, with lack of education, access to services of health and a society live that the man pardons or defends but that she is severe with the woman, especially with whom has a son outside the marriage, that is stigmatized and marginalized implacably.
