Factores de riesgo y complicaciones en pacientes con nefropatía diabética e hipertensiva, que reciben terapia dialítica en el Centro de Diálisis del Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo durante el 1 de enero del 2016 al 31 de diciembre del 2016

Abstract:

Antecedent: Diabetic nephropathy and Hypertensive nephropathy, has a series of complications in the individual , many of these cause irreversible damages to level of the riñon and more organs and systems of the body , by which have to be able to identify the factors of risk of such patologys and act in front of them and avoid the complications of the same. Objective: Determine the importance of the study of the factors of risk and complications of the nefropatía Diabética and Hipertensiva in patients that receive therapy dialítica in the center of diálisis to the Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo, through the information of clinical histories that allow to diminish the morbimortalidad, Associated this problem to local level. Materials and methods: The present study of investigation has a qualitative approach of design no experimental, of transversal and retrospective court with the utilisation of the method of analytical observation, for a wide information on the subject of factors of risk and complications, In patients with Diabetic nephropathy and Hypertensive nephropathy that receive therapy dialítica in the centre of diálisis of the Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo during the period of the 2016, and put the present information for the profit of the population in general. Sample: Patients that present factors of risk and complications of Diabetic nephropathy and Hypertensive nephropathy that receive therapy dialítica in the centre of diálisis of the Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo, during the period of study. Results: Of 100 patients with Diabetic nephropathy and Hypertensive nephropathy, 62% was of masculine sex , the age of greater impact was 60 to 80 years with 56% , the main factor of risk was the present familiar antecedent in the 42 % of the patients , and the main complication was the renal insufficiency terminal , present in the 70 % of the patients.
