Factores determinantes de la demanda turística y la satisfacción del consumidor en el cantón Tena

Abstract:

Tourism demand has allowed economic growth in several areas of the sector and helping people to obtain remuneration for services rendered, in which the consumer plays a very important role because it is the applicant of all the services offered to the public in general; for which I have conducted a study to identify the factors determinants of tourism demand in addition to consumer satisfaction. The factors determinants of tourist demand are elements that the employer dedicated to practice in the service sector does not control, as they are economic, social, political and temporal components affecting tourism subjectively and hence consumer satisfaction. This research raises discover which of the factor determinants of tourism demand affecting consumer satisfaction and reviewing the current situation by which crosses the city and see if visitors receive satisfactory care able to please your expectations of visit; applying an economic study, in which a directed survey to tourists in the sector with the aim of describing consumer behavior was performed. In the investigation it was decided to conduct an analysis of relationship between variables discrete character or quality through statistical test Chi-Square order to distinguish the impact of economic, social, political and temporal factor in tourism demand and satisfaction consumer. In addition to performing an econometric model that determines which factor affects older at time of satisfying the consumer; coming to know that the economic factor which includes tourism spending and the nominal exchange rate, are the elements that have more impact when satisfy the consumer.
