Anteproyecto arquitectónico de remodelación y adecuación del Mercado Municipal del cantón Huamboya – Morona Santiago

Abstract:

The level project is based on the agreement between the GAD of the Huamboya canton and the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca due to the problems identified in the current municipal marketplace, which prevent the proper development of the various commercial activities. Therefore, we propose the design of a preliminary project for the remodeling and adaptation of this facility, offering This equipment, which offers optimal spaces that meet the functional and formal requirements to facilitate commercial exchange and thus promote the productive development of the communities, supporting small and medium agricultural producers in small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the area. The project is developed in four stages. The first part analyzed the historical and theoretical background that is essential to identify and understand the elements of the context, types of markets, regulations for their design, use and operation. Then, an analysis of case studies was carried out in order to identify important parameters in each of them that should be considered in this type of facilities and serve as guidelines at the time of design. Next, the site diagnosis is developed to clearly define important characteristics of the intervention site such as topography, favorable and unfavorable points of approach for both pedestrians and vehicles, in the immediate context where the project will be located. The last chapter contains the preliminary project for the remodeling and refurbishment of the Huamboya market. It consists of all the general characteristics of the project from the formal, functional and constructive point of view through a set of plans, drawings, diagrams and explanatory texts that show an integral space that, in addition to fulfilling its functional role, relates in a balanced way with the environment and the user. with the environment and the user in a balanced way.
