Factors that determine student satisfaction in times of the Covid-19 pandemic: Systematic review
Abstract:
The quality standards of education in times of the Covid-19 pandemic have shown that there is a precariousness in teaching-learning, therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the factors that positively and negatively influence students in difficult times. of pandemic. The methodology is based on a systematic review of empirical studies found in Scopus, Web of Science and other databases, including a total of 19 scientific articles. The criteria based on student satisfaction were found to be mostly negative due to the transition from face-to-face teaching to distance learning or virtual education. It is concluded that hybrid or distance education has become something everyday, therefore, it is necessary to develop new teachinglearning strategies in order to improve student performance and satisfaction. Distance education is optimal to face emergency situations such as the case of the Covid-19 pandemic.
