Factors that determine the partner satisfaction with respect to the service in a Savings and Cbkp_redit Cooperative of Manabi


Abstract:

The present investigation evaluates the level of satisfaction of the members of a Savings and Cbkp_redit Cooperative in Manabi, about the different financial products and services offered, for which a survey was applied to the members of the same. The level of quality that the Cooperative has reached in the services offered, is essentially in the service to the partner, variety of services and trust in the institution. The analysis was based on the identification, description and evaluation of the services offered, so that in this way, to show the degree of satisfaction of its members, which will influence the development and future growth of this cooperative. The results showed that 83.3% of the members feel very satisfied, and they identified life insurance and the savings account as the two most important services.
