Factors that influence the creation of a business unit
Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to identify the factors that affect the creation of a business unit. The applications focused on three aspects: Education and Entrepreneurial Training, Transfer of Research and Development, and Cultural and Social Norms. For this purpose, a literature review of the concepts, findings and contributions of various authors that were compiled in an organized manner and then described in the document was carried out. The article concluded that the national and regional context have a significant impact on the decision to open a business and that individual-level characteristics have a general influence, but this influence is not maintained over time due to the different factors in which it is involved the future entrepreneur.
