Financial Factoring l. State of the art and perspectives

Abstract:

The article aimed to analyze the state of the art on the subject of financial factoring to assess the constituents and the factors that determine their application and simultaneously detect the research proposals in this direction. Google Scholar and ScienceDirect were used for reviewing the state of the art in "factoring" using the search terms: "financial factoring", "trade cbkp_redit" and "contract factoring". The review allowed to determine according to the increase in the number publications in relation to factoring the importance of it as an object of scientific research in the period 2000-2016. From the analysis of the literature it was established a strong causal link between factoring and commercial loans, as well as trade flows: The basics points that must include a factoring contract was also determined.
