Financing of Photovoltaic Systems for low consumption users
Abstract:
In the present work an analysis was carried out for the financing of photovoltaic systems of residential users of low consumption within the subsidy scheme and financing funds through the Clean Energy Certificates (CEL's) in the Mexican Republic. Based on statistics of bimonthly average consumption, low consumption rates were used that concentrate the largest number of users; setting a limit of 250 kWh of consumption for each user and a photovoltaic production system with 4 panels of 300 Watts is calculated; from the result of the analysis it is obtained that this system can have a financing term of ten years instead of the subsidy to the payment of the invoicing. The surpluses of energy equivalent to CEL's obtained can be managed to enter the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) through a government trust.
