First approach to a methodological proposal for the construction of virtual marketing centers for SMEs


Abstract:

The research is aimed at making a first approach to a proposal for the construction of virtual marketing centers for SMEs. It is concluded that taking advantage of the physical presence that SMEs have achieved so far to link ICT in the marketing process provides a competitive advantage over their peers, since having a virtual presence through the use of the tools provided by the Internet, will allow them to reach a market segment that would not be able to in the traditional way.
