366 Patient's education by nurse: what we really do achieve

Abstract:

Conclusions: Beyond its benefits in terms of quality of life, the inclusion of patients with end-stage heart failure in a nurse-led OIDP in a day hospital is a cost-effective approach. This strategy is optimal in terms of reduction of sanitary costs derived from hospitalization and in terms of improvement of morbidity of patients with end-stage heart failure.
