Flavonoids analysis of a butanol fraction obtained from Phyllanthus orbicularis HBK

Abstract:

Present paper includes the analysis of high performance liquid chromatography of flavonoids present in an active butanol fraction versus type 1obtained after extraction and fractionation process performed in HBK Phyllanthus orbicularis species. According to study results it is possible to suggest by comparison of retention times and ultraviolet spectra of different peaks showed and assayed patterns, the rutin, quercetin and kaempferol presence in such fraction.
