Flujograma de acción en pacientes con embarazo de alto riesgo en el Centro de Salud No. 10 del cantón Santa Ana

Abstract:

The study was quantitative and it presented as general objective the application of an action flujograma in patient with pregnancy of high risk in the Area of External Consultation of the Center of Health N° 10 of the canton Santa, in the county of Manabí, where the infirmary personnel that works in this entity, showed that he has an age understood among 25 to 36 years and they are in his Auxiliary majority of infirmary and they have permanent appointment fulfilling the protocols settled down by the Ministry of Public Health of the Ecuador. On the other hand the pregnant women with high risk, the range prevailed among 26 to 36 years, which come from the marginal urban sector, and they have a level of secondary instruction, of married civil state. Being their childbirths for via vaginal, with one period intergenésico of 18 months, where the pregnancies are not planned, in spite of it, the gestantes with high risk showed a normal weight, direct consequence of the prenatal controls carried out by the infirmary personnel in this center of health. For it the importance of socializing this problem of health by means of the application of action flujogramas in patient with pregnancies of high risk, given the importance of the controls and handling of cases in gestante, which contributes to reduce the levels of maternal morbimortalidad, as perinatal, in women clasped with high risk that N° goes to the Area of External Consultation of the Center of Health 10 of the canton Santa Ana.
