Foamy CNC laser cutting machine

Abstract:

Based on the high degree of precision and quality of finish required for certain applications, this project shows an alternative for the manufacture of a CNC laser cutting in foami, taking into account the different colors and textures that the material may have. The technique is based on the manipulation of the laser power, and the variation of the cutting speed, allowing the manufacture of the parts is made quickly and accurately in order to increase quality and reduce manufacturing costs.
