Food production under diversification frame

Abstract:

This work presents the technical, economical and emergetic evaluation of a Diversify Alcohol Distillery (DAD), which integrates industry and farming. The evaluations results show that the implementation of DAD is viable for alcohol productions of 800 Hl/day or more. DAD generates employment and side productions of meat, dairy, vegetables, fruits and electricity for local and national needs.
