Foreign migration in ecuador affects the labor situation of ecuadorian citizens


Abstract:

People tend to move from one country to another for a variety of reasons, so agreements have been made to allow people to reside in another country. Migration is caused by elements mainly of economic order, and in these last times we have seen our country, to be subject receiver of an abundant migration, in search of well-being in reason of having Ecuador a strong currency as it is the dollar; this migration has caused that we have a great amount of foreigners who want to settle down to improve their conditions of life, diminishing substantially the opportunities to our citizens who equally do not count on a source of work, and that by this foreign population has been more restricted the possibility of having a constant and suitable income to fulfill its objectives of life. This investigation is carried out in the city of Riobamba, which is considered a small city in relation to the rest of the country, but which has reflected this problem that affects citizens who are looking for a source of work, whether formal or informal.
