Formación docente y desarrollo de habilidades en resoluciones de conflictos de los egresados de la facultad de Filosofía de la Universidad de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The intention of the thesis, no doubt, takes the formation of the teacher as an aim across a postdegree in resolution of diverse conflicts that are given day after day in the different centers of education. The same ones that they must be treated, analyzed and solved for real specialists who in a guessed right way manage to offset this conduct in the different stages of formation of the student. The educational formation and development of skills in resolution of conflicts of the gone away ones from the Faculty of Philosophy, would be achieved applying the mentioned speciality, creating an offer of a postdegree to solve the conflicts in the institution.The postulates of the UNESCO are based, given in the Conference of Paris in 2009, that promotes the culture of the peace and the holistic development of the human being. For the methodology and technical used resources there is used the exploratory observation as well as the knowledge of the problem, object of the conflict then to come to the mediation and for ende to the resolution of the same one. There applies to itself the sanctions stipulated in the regulation and manual of conviviality, equal a technology dialógica, field investigation, population and sampling, bibliographical and correlacional.Since importance of the topic of investigation contributes to the scientific knowledge of how to solve the conflicts, since they have importance and the solution is necessary of those, to manage hereby to socialize the offer to the problem. In the social development of the educational community in the levels axiológicos, valorativos, between others to achieve an improvement of the social, student, personal and workable interrelationshipsThe contribution of the thesis is to achieve the improvement of the management of the university teacher in order teachers to prepare and to send to the company with the speciality of postdegree in the resolution of conflicts. Between the beneficiaries there are the teachers, students and educational community.
