The document is about a proposal that suggests the adaptation of a production system under the "Just on time" philosophy. This system is to be applied to the Luz de America candle factory and its target is to eliminate unsatisfied demand of the products. This would guarantee a more organized process in manufacture, thus increasing efficiency in operational.
