Abstract:

one of the problems that when the IRS has the institution activity is the large number of taxpayers that are managed and that are not located due to the lack of culture taxpayers in the RUC update information. At the Provincial Directorate of Pastaza SRI was assigned collection goal for 2014 to $ 13'954.659,87, fund that makes voluntarily and forcibly, control mechanisms for taxpayers to comply with the tax obligations through the notification of administrative decisions and simple administration, which is why strengthening the reporting process for the improvement and achievement of goals and performance indicators assigned to Provincial Secretariat proposes. This paper aims to improve the process of notification, detect problems that are reflected, which will help to improve levels of voluntary and enforced collection, in addition to meeting the performance indicators assigned to Provincial Secretariat. The notification process is a fundamental and important for the Internal Revenue Service, one of the problems that when the IRS has the institution activity is the large number of taxpayers that are managed and that are not located due to the lack of culture taxpayers in the RUC update information.
