Foto documental: el cuy asado, una tradición en la cultura de la parroquia Ricaurte del cantón Cuenca


Abstract:

The present degree work corresponds to a photographic documentary in which an investigation was developed on the most outstanding gastronomic cultural tradition within the rural parish Ricaurte belonging to the Cuenca Canton. Through field work, it was possible to learn different stories of people who have dedicated themselves for many years to this work that provides a fundamental meaning and of great importance for the advancement of the parish and its inhabitants. As a method for gathering information, the interview was used, in this way it was possible to obtain interesting data that served as the basis for the writing of texts, production of the script and the definition of the axis that was reflected in the photographs, with this it was possible to give to know through the photographic documentary different stories about the gastronomic art of those who dedicate themselves to its preparation, in addition it was possible to present different photographs of the preparation of the typical dish and its components.
