Fundamentals of a Model for the management of pedagogical knowledge: A strategy for the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes
Abstract:
The present investigation is directed to the improvement of the pedagogical knowledge management process in the Universidad Autónoma de los Andes. To this end, a model of this process was based on the relationship established between the managers-sources-lines of pedagogical knowledge, which allowed defining the components, relationships, stages, dimensions and principles that regulate their operation. From the presented model, a strategy for its implementation was structured in the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes.
