Abstract:

The administrative financial management process represents a factor of importance in the development of the activities of a company or organization, a bad management can cause the business to have problems and operational errors which affects the profitability indexes of the company. The objective of this research work is to analyze the financial and administrative management of the commercial Frank - Mers during the period 2012 - 2016 and to determine how this affects the profitability indexes of the business. Based on the inductive study and the analysis of the primary and secondary information sources, it was determined that the main shortcomings are at the level of the strategic planning of the organization, others of the flaws evidenced were in the process of inventories and service the client and the lack of a manual of functions and responsibilities of the personnel, this affects the levels of sales and utility of the business. An improvement plan is proposed for the administrative, operational and functional management of the commercial, this process involves all the personnel of the company. The proposal describes the strategic planning that the business should follow, the redesign of the inventory process and customer service, a procedures and policies manual, finally it was determined that the investment of the implementation of the proposal amounts to $ 1,275.00.
