Gestión Pedagógica en el aula: Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de educación básica de los centros educativos María Montessori de la ciudad de Manta y Federico González Suárez, del cantón Bolívar, provincia de Manabí, durante el año académico 2012 – 2013


Abstract:

The school relationships is without doubt an important component at the moment to find ways to improve the quality of education, for that reason, this study aimed to contribute with the knowledge to diagnosis the factors which influence on the conditions in the classrooms. This research analyzed the conditions in the classrooms in the educational centers "Maria Montessori" (urban) and "Federico González Suárez" (rural) in the province of Manabí, from the perception of the students and teachers belonging to 7th year of Basic General Education, the research was conducted to an experimental group of 38 students between 9 to 12 years and their teachers. The descriptive method was performed, secondary techniques of bibliographic collection and the instruments: Moos and Trickett Classroom Environment Scale (CES), adapted to Ecuadorian context and the pedagogic management by the Ministry of Education. The results revealed critical points when using learning techniques which don´t contribute to develop significant knowledge and that obstruct learners’ autonomy, impairing school environment. For that reason, it proposes to implement strategies for cooperative work in the urban educational center as the rural one as well.
