Gestión Pedagógica en el aula: Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de educación básica de los centros educativos “Vida Nueva”, ciudad de Guayaquil, cantón Guayaquil, Provincia del Guayas, y “Abel Sánchez” de la parroquia San José de Poaló, ciudad de Píllaro, Cantón Píllaro, provincia de Tungurahua, 2012-2013
Abstract:
The present work addresses an investigation in two institutions; The first one was New Life school located in the urban area of Guayaquil city in Guayas, Ecuador and the other one was Abel Sanchez School located in San José de Poaló parish in Pillaro city in Tungurahua, Ecuador. This investigation allowed us to determine the importance of institutional climate thought teachers and the quality of student learning process. The study on these two schools determined its educational similarities and differences in order too show their strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats; taking into consideration that their realities and social means are different due to their location, social classes and other factors. Through the obtained and analyzed results, it was determined and developed the proposal “Training capacitation plan to improve the teaching models applied on teaching and learning processes in seventh grade of basic education teachers of schools”. This proposal sets a comprehensive diagnosis of several relevant components in order to strengthen the classroom climate of teachers and students with an humanistic approach achieving a better communication management and promoting participation and integration of the participants
